Dr Sales is wonderful. She spent time with me on my first appointment, looked at my health records, and asked me follow up questions. As someone with multiple chronic health issues, I had nearly given up on finding a PCP who would actually help me to stay on too of my care. I felt validated and understood; she was extremely knowledgeable and warm, and answered all of my questions. Her PA, Kimberly, was also kind, attentive, and efficient, and I walked out with a referral for a procedure, a lab appointment, and a follow up appointment with Dr. Sales. I’m so glad to have found Dr. Sales and I look forward to my next appointment.

Dr. Sales was a fantastic listener, and it was obvious that she cared about the problems I was experiencing. I really appreciated the effort and time she put into teasing out the most probable causes and determining the next steps that should be taken.
In addition, I found everyone at the office to be very friendly and professional. The nurse who drew my blood (I'm not great with names, but IIRC her name was Kimberly) did a wonderful job and I did not have any bruising afterwards.
Overall, I had a very positive experience and would recommend Dr. Sales.

This was my first time meeting with Dr. Sales, I did feel like she was listening intently and asked me the tight questions. My main reason for wanting to go back to her is that she encouraged a virtual follow up to go over my test results in two weeks. This is something that is important, I felt like she cares long term. There was a decent wait time at the beginning, but I understand how day by day there could be staff struggles. Dr. Sales acknowledged the lateness and I appreciated that.
