It's a nice and clean office and Dr. Gerow was certainly pleasant. I arrived before my appointment and ended up waiting about an hour. I think it may have been an off day, when I got in everything went swimmingly.

Dr. Kelly Gerow is a native Texan. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin. She attended the University of Texas at San Antonio and received her M.D. in 1989. Her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology was completed at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 1993. She is Board Certified and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Gerow has been serving the women of Aurora since the beginning of her private practice in 1993.
She is married to Royal Gerow who practices Microvascular/Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. The Drs. Gerow have three children: Jordan, Justin and Joy. Dr. Kelly Gerow enjoys reading, gourmet cooking and trying new spas. She is active in her local church, Mission Hills.

Over all Dr Gerow is a good doctor however there wasn’t a lot it time spent trying to figure out my issue and it is still unresolved. The office is terrible I called for 2 days trying to get my test results after a week of not hearing anything. I was put on hold for very long periods of time for 2 days before I finally got to talk to someone only to be transferred to voicemail and still don’t have my test results.

I had an excellent experience with this doctor. My first time there and while the “threat” of needing to be there 30 mins early was a little stressful (dropping kids at school), I made it just in time.
Dr. Gerow is extremely friendly, kind and listens. Annual appointments are nobodies favorite, but she made it no big deal at all. Helpful in choosing a new birth control method.
Her nurse was just as sweet and friendly. As well as the receptionist. I had an excellent experience at this office and will return.

We recently moved to CO and I was looking for a new doctor. I visited Dr. Kelly Gerow`s office with a simple question. The doctor sent me home with my problem and told me she will call me in 4 days with the results of a test. Which means, she sent me home for 4 more days without any treatment. In 4 days no one called me, so when I called to their office they told me that Dr. Gerow already left and the nurse told me that I can just go to pharmacy and buy something there. The customer service in general was terrible! I was not told that they will charge me as a new patient. They took a lot of different tests that I didn`t request and I was not aware that the doctor was taking them. I only got to know about all the tests they took when I received the bills. They even claimed they took a blood test and were going to charge me for that.
I will not recommend this Dr. Kelly Gerow and The Group for Women that she is a part of! The customer service for awful!

I love Dr. Gerow!! I was, however, forgotten about in the waiting room for over 30 mins. When I checked with the front desk (who watched me sign in), I had to re-check back in with her and noticed she never checked me in to begin with. I was a bit frustrated, and disappointed that she never apologized.
