About Dr. Tamara Togliatti
Growing up in a military family, having traveled all over the country and world, I found it appealing to raise my own family in a single location. I successfully practiced in Dayton, Ohio for over 24 years after completing medical school in Houston at the University of Texas and moving to Columbus to complete my residency at The Ohio State University.
Now entering a new chapter, I'm excited to relocate to beautiful Colorado and continue to partner with new patients to achieve their best health goals while continuing my passion for women’s health, preventative care, and management of chronic medical illnesses. My goal is to immerse myself and my family in the community and enjoy the outdoors while continuing to practice the highest quality medicine.

I reached 5 mins after my appointment and she refused to see me. Eventhough my checkin was completed and I requested that my symptoms are bad.
If I can wait 15 minutes for the doctor to see me why can't I get a buffer for atleast 5 mins.

The office staff and nurses were great but the doctor gave very unhealthy information. Potentially dangerous if someone actually follows the information. I know there is a lot of misinformation around food health but telling someone of my height to only eat 1200 calories is well into eating disorder territory. The other weight loss information given was incorrect and doesn’t take into account every body processes food differently. I wouldn’t recommend and will be finding a new primary.

There was some confusion with the transfer of information from ZocDoc to the office. We ended up having to redo paperwork for one of us. Other than that the staff was very friendly very professional and I would highly recommend them.
