I was blown away by the ease of this process. Kelly had a wonderful bedside manner. She rally listened to me. Also the Dr. asked questions that were absolutely pertinent to my situation. I really enjoyed the ease of this process and the convenience of doing it from my living room.

In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
I feel it is my duty to work closely with the patient to successfully achieve positive mental and physiological health by collaborating and educating on how to achieve this. Behavioral health combined with physical health ultimately provides the patient with the best overall care and mental well-being.
What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider?
I thrive as a provider in being able to offer collaborative care to each patient. Seeing the results of hard work on behavioral health, diet and exercise, and physical health conditions (hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, etc.) with the patient-and witnessing positive outcomes-makes me come back every day with a smile on my face.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy running, spending time on the Florida beaches, and watching NFL, college football, and basketball.

Excellent advice. Kelly recommend that I go to the local emergency room in which I did follow her advice and it was determined after three trials that I did have Covid. I am so glad that I booked the appointment, kept the appointment, showed up for the video conference appointment because the doctor was knowledgeable and listen to my concerns. She expressed potential possibilities and explored different options for treatment methods. I would definitely do this again with this same doctor, she was amazing and I am so grateful to her. Plus, her personality was nurturing and welcoming, and I felt a lot more comfortable than I thought I would.
