Dr. Morales completed her undergraduate degree at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas and then attained her Medical Degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas. Fulfilling her desire for service to her country and exciting travel opportunities, Dr. Morales served as an Obstetrician Gynecologist in the US Army Medical Corps from 2001 until 2014. After receiving her honorable discharge from the US Army, Dr. Morales opened her own practice back in her hometown of San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Morales is committed to providing thorough patient care in a caring and compassionate manner. Dr. Morales is internationally recognized for her research in pelvic scar tissue prevention and she has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery, including laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. Her other interests include high risk obstetrics, the diagnosis and management of endometriosis and treatment of female incontinence.
When not busy with her practice, Dr. Morales enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and takes pleasure as a self-proclaimed “foodie” in gourmet cooking and travel.

I have had some terrible experiences with healthcare (particularly OB/GYN offices), but I feel that the appointment today gave me peace. I highly recommend Dr Kelly Morales. During my visits, I am seen on time and the entire office (the dr, the check-in staff, the nurses, etc.) are polite and professional. Also, the waiting room, bathroom, and exam rooms are kept very clean.

It was difficult to find a Dr. that was fully supportive of my desire for a natural birth as well as having a vbac and Dr. Morales was extremely supportive and encouraging. I greatly look forward to having her assist me through this pregnancy!

Dr. Morales is amazing! She has been my doctor for the past 2 years and delivered my 1 year old son. Her knowledge, compassion, and genuine love for her job makes her one of the best! She never rushes you and has always made me feel like I am her only patient and of utmost importance. I also love the front office staff and Melany - Dr. Morales' assistant. She is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and always has a smile on her face. It's a great team environment and I highly recommend.

I appreciate Dr. Morales as a doctor, but I had to wait exceptionally long to see her (more than one hour) and then I spent 5 minutes with her in the exam room. She was friendly and professional for those 5 minutes and my low rating has nothing to do with her ability or professionalism, it is just a reflection of her office and wait times.

Dr. Morales was a breath of fresh air! She really listened to my concerns, asked important questions, and was able to give me the answers I needed after looking at multiple factors that could be contributing to my symptoms and putting the pieces together. She was very thorough in providing options for treatment, and I didn't fee pushed into going in any particular direction with my treatment. After having several less than desired experiences with other ob/gyn doctors, I am very glad that I found Dr. Morales.

I have found that many health care professionals have transitioned into sales professionals and often attempt to sell you on certain products or procedures. Dr. Morales was a breath of fresh air. She was genuine and never made an attempt to sell me on a certain product or procedure. As far as the wait time, I was informed ahead of time there would be a wait.

Dr. Morales was fantastic! I expressed my concern with not knowing what was "normal" during a BSE. In all my years of going to GYN appointments and expressing this concern, she was the first doctor to actually take the time to walk me through a BSE and point out what was normal and what to watch out for.

Very professional doctor who listens well to my concerns. She explained things well. However my appointment ran 30 minutes late because the staff forgot about me in the waiting area even after I checked in. The only reason I didn't have a longer wait time was because I went up and asked what was taking so long. 3 women who had come in after me were seen before I was. Definitely need more organization with the staff. But Dr. Morales herself was great.

I felt comfortable. You could tell she knew her stuff. I feel lucky to have found this Dr. I think she's going to be the one to change my life. After more than 27 yrs of pain, and no one doing anything, she told me on my first visit that she was going to help me. All other Dr's told me I was ok.
