“The staff was amazing as well as the facility. It was very clean and inviting. Everyone seemed to be getting seen quickly, including myself but when I was back there I felt like I was the only patient she had. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns, no matter how trivial and was clear on not only one treatment plan but different options based on what I was experiencing and outcomes I was hoping for. I have not felt this seen when going to a routine appointment in a very long time. 100% recommend.”

She is a nice lady and Im sure can provide better service but she didn’t. My appointment was a waste of time. She listened to me describe a chronic issue resistant to the normal antibiotics and then still prescribed the same meds I've been prescribed before which had no effect on my illness. After three doctors like this I broke down and went to AI which identified my actual problem(based of my description and test results I showed the doctor) and got a prescription based off of its information and now I am actually getting better. If doctors could actually listen and think critically instead of wasting patients money with the easy go to solutions my issue could have been fixed months ago. I am really disappointed with modern day healthcare. Every patient is unique. I know doctors have a lot of patients but we have to each be taken seriously. I will not return. I was hoping to find my new primary care doctor but I will have to keep searching.
