Dr. Kelsay McFall, DO is a board-certified family medicine physician currently serving patients at Advanced Medical’s North Houston clinic.
Dr. McFall is originally from the Pacific Northwest where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Anthropology from Western Washington University. She attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania and completed her residency training at Community Health Care in Tacoma, Washington.
Dr. McFall believes in treating the whole patient – mind, body, and soul. She offers comprehensive, thorough, patient-centered care while partnering with each individual to achieve their best health through education and empowerment. In addition to providing general primary care, Dr. McFall is passionate about preventative medicine and women’s healthcare including cervical cancer prevention, contraception, fertility awareness, menstrual problems, and menopause. She offers a variety of in-office procedures including IUD and Nexplanon insertion/removal, endometrial biopsy, colposcopy, skin lesion biopsy and removal, joint injection, trigger point injection, and some osteopathic manipulative therapy.
Dr. McFall met her husband in Tacoma, Washington where he was stationed at the local Army base. Once he retired from the Army they decided to move back to his hometown in Houston County to start their family. In her spare time, Dr. McFall enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog. She also enjoys painting, baking, crafting, gardening, and keeping things festive. She looks forward to meeting you and your family!
