If you’re looking for someone compassionate do not go with this doctor. She’s very detached, seemed annoyed by the fact I even had an appointment, and overall made me feel very unwelcome. I cancelled my follow up visit and will not return.

Horrible unfriendly, rudeness experience at front desk. Nobody had name badges and was told I didn't have an appt. Eventhough, I transferred by ZOCDOC which the nice lady that assisted me to this appt. to Berman skin inst.

I was being eaten alive by some sort of bug. The Berman Clinic was the only place that would see me next day, but I could only get in with a nurse practitioner. Unfortunately, she thought I had something that actually turned out to be something else (as confirmed by the dermatologist at another clinic who I finally saw last week). This entire process began mid May and now it is nearing mid August. Suffice it to say, this was not the experience I was hoping for. I took unnecessary and toxic medications, for no reason. Next time, I'll head to the ER instead!

Very professional. I used to visit Kaiser. This place is better than Kaiser in the setting. I got more useful services than before. So I strongly recommend it’s a good choice.
My experience was nothing short of horrible. Kelsey was probably the most impersonal nurse ever. She made my experience very transactional, didn’t listen to any of my concerns, brushed me off and didn’t bother to even look at my area of concern. I understand that she did schooling but she was on a high horse and didn’t address anything I came in for. I would never return to this place of business, recommend it or schedule another appointment again. To say this is a specialty Clinic is a joke, one expects an elevated experience let alone a basic check up on an area of concern. For a professional to dismiss a patient is very unsettling and one can assume your concerns aren’t being addressed, or properly being monitored.
