Kelsey Starcks’s interest in nutrition started in 2013 when she combined her love of gardening, delicious food and health. Kelsey’s training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with a variety of conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, weight loss and disease prevention/wellness. Kelsey believes that all people deserve nutritional care and practices with a HAES informed approach. Her passion is helping clients love the food they eat while remaining within their health goals. Kelsey graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from MSU Denver. Kelsey lives in Colorado and enjoys gardening, baking Sourdough bread and running for fun. She hopes to have a garden again soon where her many pets can roam.
