I set the appointment on Zocdoc, When i got there the information i filled out on the website was not available to them. So I had to refill EVERYTHING out. I waited for almost two hours just for him to tell me RUDELY, that they don't do what i set the appointment for and i had to go to another clinic. When i asked him to call the other clinic for me (because I'm new to New York) he seemed to have an attitude. He set a bogus appointment in front of me for 12 p.m. (which i had to reschedule because there was no doctor available until 3:30 p.m.!) I've never been through anything like this with ANY type of doctor, I told him i needed more information on the new reason for the visit and he seemed like he would help, i asked questions and he did answer them, but he was very cold with his responses. On top of all of that, i still had to pay the copay to get nothing done! And now i will have to spend more money for the services he SHOULD have rendered!!!! This is the WORST experience that i have ever had, and I will never recommend this doctor to anyone!
