Dr. Cohen was exactly what you'd hope for in your primary. Everyone was nice, listened, and I felt good about the open communication. I hadn't had a PCP in years and knew I needed one. I'm glad he was so highly reviewed on here and I made him my choice.

I’m in my mid 30s with family history of heart problems and have put this off for years. Thank god I went. Although my result wasn’t what I wanted, it was life changing as the doctor put me on a path to make sure I don’t end up in the ground sooner than I should. He was funny, down to earth, and understanding and most importantly patient. I’m glad I went because now I have a real doctor to see to calm my fears.

As fellows of the American College of Cardiology, American Gastroenterological Association, American Association of Pulmonary Medicine and American College of Physicians, we are required to pass rigorous exams and must continually update our skills through ongoing education programs.
Kenneth H Cohen M.D., F.A.C.C. Founded the practice in 1987 with the late Dr Mark J. Friedman. Internal Medicine residency at Long Island Jewish 1981-1984 where he served as Chief Medical Resident in 1986. Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship at SUNY Downstate in 1986. Board certified in Internal Medicine/Cardiovascular Disease/Nuclear Cardiology. Special interest in Echocardiography, Valvular Heart Disease, Coronary Heart Disease and Bariatric Medicine.
