Dr. Russo takes pride in providing current treatment techniques in a caring manner. Dr. Russo's bedside mannerisms needs to improve if he intends to keep new younger patients. Maybe his panel is already too full?!? What a grump!!!!
I was very disappointed in my experience. He was curt...interrupting and condescending.

He is very clinical and not the most warm and fuzzy medical professional I ever met but he KNOWS HIS STUFF! He also followed up with me PERSONALLY which is a rarity these days. I have full confidence in his ability as an ENT doctor and highly recommend him if you want a thorough exam and the RIGHT diagnosis the first time. PS I have a brother with the same personality. He is a genius as well.

I waited 45 minutes to see the Dr---he seemed to be running behind, which I understand cannot be helped at times. Once I was seen, I was very pleased with his knowledge and manner. He answered all my questions and did a thorough exam. I will be making a follow up appointment in the fall.

Everything with my appt. went well..the staff was friendly...the only thing negative I would have to say is the appt time was way too long....I spent almost 2 hours there. Good thing this was my last Doctor appt for the day.
