Dr. Kenneth S. Peters is a highly competent, compassionate internist providing primary care internal medicine. He also specializes in headache, fibromyalgia, and transgender care. He directs the Northern California Headache Clinic and the fibromyalgia clinic of Northern California. His goal as a practitioner is to provide personalized, attentive care to each of his patients. His philosophy consists of providing an integrative holistic medical approach that is evidence based. He holds certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine. Dr. Peters is also a member of professional organizations, including the American Headache Society, the National Headache Foundation, The American Academy of Pain Management, and WPATH.
Originally from Chicago, Dr. Peters attended the University of California, San Francisco where he received his medical degree and residency training. He's a clinical assistant professor of medicine At U.C.S.F. He also volunteers his time working at El Camino Hospital's RotaCare Clinic providing free care for the indigent. He enjoys many hobbies including playing drums in a band, daily jogging, tennis, and skiing.

Doctor was unorganised and managed patient records with paper records. Came in for a simple repeat prescription and he tried to refer me to 3 different specialists. Clearly a scratch my/your back system going on there. The repeat prescription needed a blood test for which he checked the boxes for everything except the one thing I needed testing. Useless.

I think Dr. Kenneth is a great doctor. I liked everything about him. I went for annual checkup and had some general question concerning my health to ask him. This was the first time I visited this doctor and I'll be going to him rest my life. Erica his nurse, is also wonderful. Dr. Kenneth also does follow up which is ex termly important. He took his time and explained every question that I had, to my satisfactory. I could really tell that he cares a lot about his patients. He has lots of experience and knowledge. He is someone that you can trust %100. I saw few patient leaving his office with a big smile. He makes you feel very welcome like someone who has known you for a long time.
