Kenneth Huh, M.D., is a pediatric orthopedic surgeon at Miller Children’s and Women’s Hospital Long Beach with a focus in sports medicine and trauma.
He received his medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Dr. Huh completed his general orthopedic surgery internship and residency at the University of Southern California.
He later traveled to Auckland, New Zealand to complete his fellowship in pediatric orthopedic surgery at Starship Children’s Hospital. During his time at Starship Childrens Hospital, he presented on numerous orthopedic matters, including Congenital Scoliosis, Cerebral Palsy and Calcaneal Gait.
Dr. Huh also completed a second fellowship in sports medicine with the Sports Orthopedics and Rehab (SOAR) Medical Group. He was a co-author for various publications for the Journal of Pediatric Orthopedics. During this sports fellowship Dr. Huh trained under the San Francisco Giants and San Francisco 49ers team physician and covered University of Santa Clara and University of San Francisco as a sports medicine physician.
His clinical interest is in pediatric sports medicine and he is currently the head physician for a local high school sports team.

Dr Huh and his entire staff (MaryLou and the other nurses and front desk) have always provided us with excellent friendly and caring service. The entire office is a an asset to MemorialCare.

dr huh is great. this is the second time my daughter has been treated by him for sports injuries. he is very detailed in his diagnosis and treatment and is very easy to work with. we were unable to see him for her initial visit after she broke her ankle and was seen by another doctor in the practice. Dr Huh looked closer at the injury at our next appt and determined there were additional concerns and requested additional information from her Er visit. he makes it very clear that he wants to make sure she is healing properly and goes that extra mile. I'd highly recommend him to others.

Dr Huh has been an excellent doctor caring for Nicki's left ankle injury and has gone over and above in providing us further direction on the continued treatment for ankle that just isn't healing properly. His knowledge in providing direction to other ankle/foot specialists has been appreciated. We ALL hope that soon Nicki will be on the road to recovery since this injury has proved to be more intensive than originally thought.
