The selection of glasses covered by insurance here is a little depressing, but I'm sure that's not their fault. Everything else about my visit was quick and convenient. The location is extremely easy to get to by public transportation, as it is located right in the Queens Center Mall. They are open at decent hours and there was nobody else present besides myself during my visit and when I picked up my glasses -- I was taken care of right away each time! Dr. Kenny Li is wonderful; he has an endearing personality and is very professional. The visit seemed thorough and he addressed all of my concerns.

Dr Kenny was very professional, courteous and thorough. Even though multiple patients were waiting, he took his time with his examination and went over my medical history (this was my first time visiting). The entire staff was also very professional.
By the way, I went to the East Brunswick clinic which was a bit hard to find just based on the map. It's in the Mid State Mall, right next to Frank's Pizza, on the Best Buy side of the plaza.

Mr.Li was very attentive with great professional manner. He was also good listener and gave me good advices to improve vision.

Another eye doctor misdiagnosed me and gave me the wrong prescription- Dr. LI, the manager, and staff went above and beyond to solve the problem to get me the correct glasses and contacts that I needed. Everyone seemed very caring and invested in making sure everything was just right.

He was a really clear with explaining everything and I felt really comfortable and he made the whole exam as easy as possible. The best part was his efficiency and I wasn't there for long. The whole process including picking out glasses and paying took only 45 minutes and that is amazing for someone like me who always has something to do.

I have no complainant about Optometrist's services. However, I had to fill out medical history form again even though I did it online. Was ZodDoc able to deliver online form to the doctor properly? I hope this won't happen to other people visiting there. That is only my complaint about this visit. Location was at Macy's Vision store and it took me for a while to figure it out.
