About Dr. Tiffany Cong

Dr. Tiffany Cong was born and raised in Staten Island, NY, and proudly earned her Doctorate of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Throughout her clinical training at Nittany Eye, VA Northport, The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, and Corneal Eye Associates of New Jersey, she gained extensive hands-on experience with a strong emphasis on the diagnosis and management of ocular disease and the fitting of specialty contact lenses. Dr. Cong is passionate about delivering personalized, compassionate care and believes in empowering patients to take an active role in their eye health. Her clinical interests include dry eye therapy, particularly through aesthetic-based treatments such as Intense Pulsed Light, as well as myopia management and specialty contact lens fittings. In her free time, Dr. Cong enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, playing pickleball, and Pilates.
