I met with her for the first time last week and I absolutely love her!!! She actually LISTENS!!! I have been to many doctors in my life and I must say very few do, but she does!! And its very apparent that she WANTS to help you, and will work with you to establish the right plan of care!! Very grateful I was able to find her!!

What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider?
I am passionate about being a healthcare provider because it allows me to help others. It is a role that allows me to educate my patients and assist in helping patients understand their own health as well as achieve their health goals.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
I feel that the primary care provider should be a partnership with the patient in order to build a therapeutic foundation to work with the patient. A primary care provider should be an active listener as well as an advocate for their patient so they can holistically treat their patients.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I have been a nurse since 2009, graduating from the University of Massachusetts- Dartmouth and a nurse practitioner since 2016, graduating from Simmons College in Boston. I am currently working on my PMHNP post masters certificate through the University of New Hampshire and have enjoyed working with various populations and backgrounds including special needs pediatrics and behavioral health. In my spare time I enjoy being outside, reading, and cooking.
