Dr. Feferman is a wonderful doctor. She is extremely compassionate, caring and professional. I wish many more doctors has an excellant persona and beside manner as she does. I 100% feel comfortable with her treatment!

Dr. Feferman is always great. She listens and understands. I have always been seen in adequate time and will get you in faster if circumstances prevail. She really does try and get you out of pain even when you are a difficult patient as myself.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College in Northampton, Mass., Dr. Feferman went on to receive her medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. She received the Merck Manual Award with academic honors the same year, and went on to complete her residency in Anesthesia. Following this, Dr. Feferman fulfilled her post-doctorate training with a fellowship in Pain Medicine in the Department of Anesthesia.
Dr. Feferman is an active member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, Texas Society of Anesthesiologists, Bexar County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, American Society of Regional Anesthesia, International Society of Interventional Spine, and the Texas Pain Society.
Her free time is spent enjoying all Austin has to offer with her husband, two children and a handful of great friends.

Dr. Feferman was extremely pleasant, her staff even more so. The only thing that I want to say is that she prescribed a "patch" that was not available at any pharmacies within a 10 mile radius. I have suffered with Rheumatoid Arthritis, SLE(Lupus), and severe migraines since 1987. The migraines longer,actually. I know what works and what does not. Still, I was more than willing to try new meds and ways of managing this debilitating pain. It took all day for my regular pharmacy to find the new medicine she talked me into trying. I had been out of my regular meds for a couple of days and was having a rough time. It would have been helpful for APA to be aware of the fact that that patch is not something which pharmacies keep regularly stocked.

Kery is fantastic! She always takes the time to listen and fully engage. She takes me seriously and answers all my questions clearly. She will use the appropriate language to explain in a way that I can understand, being technical when needed or dumbing it down but never in a patronizing manner. She's a keeper
