I drove 40 minutes to get there and be told to wait and the doctor would contact me soon. 20 minutes later the doctor called me to tell me she was not in. Why the receptionist didn’t just tell me this so I could leave is about as unhelpful as the fact that they didn’t call me prior to the appointment to tell me she wasn’t in. Waste of gas and time to not even have my reason for being seen taken care of.
