There was a bit of redundancy with the questions from the individual that met with my mom prior to meeting with Gatlin however that was very minor. Received a follow up call the next morning which was fantastic. This outfit is on top of their game. I am hoping this is a relationship that just keeps getting better.

My first impression was a good one... but after only two visits (plus one for blood work) my perception has changed. The communication between the staff, the nurse practitioner, and myself seems to be inadequate to suffice proper applications related to my well-being without excessive burden. Some of the assurances and information regarding my health and medical activity, needed to further my progress, weren't even documented in my file for reference by the staff. The concern and compassion carried by the members of this office are outstanding. But, on the other hand, am I to trust putting my livelihood in the hands of an incompetent operation?
