About Natalie Bridges
Natalie Bridges is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who primarily focuses on primary and preventative care. She treats a variety of acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, high blood pressure, and depression. Natalie seeks to develop relationships with her patients and believes healthcare should be an interactive experience between the patient and provider. She is dedicated to helping people in and around Frisco achieve optimal health and wellness.
A Dallas native who grew up in Plano, TX, Natalie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Christian University in 2009. She worked as a Registered Nurse in the intensive care unit of a major area hospital before completing her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington in 2018.
Outside of work, Natalie and her husband have two young children, a girl and a boy, who keep them happily busy. They enjoy taking their children on adventures, swinging in the backyard, and watching them grow. Natalie also enjoys cooking new recipes, practicing yoga, and spending time with friends.

I saw Natalie Bridges at Inspire Health. She was friendly, polite, and thorough. Everyone (front desk staff, the MAs, lab technicians) was friendly and very polite. Highly recommend.

Ngl I thought this was for an obg instead it was establishing primary care but I wasn’t upset about it. Communication between the front desk and the back office (care team) could be better but I will keep this established care and was able to schedule with the ob who shares offices with this practice

Natalie was wonderful! She was empathetic, helpful, and realistic about my goals, abilities, and needs. I didn’t have to wait long at all and the office was nice. Even the lab staff were kind. My only comment was that I felt self-conscious going to her office since it is colocated with a “women’s medical spa” that does botox and cellulite treatment. I’m glad I can look past it because Natalie is worth it.

Paid the copay, did all the check in stuff, they put me in a room where i sat for over an hour. I ended up leaving. i hope it was just a one time ordeal, and this won’t happen to anyone else.

Quick and easy electronic paperwork. Friendly front office staff, awesome intake nurse and Natalie Bridges was excellent! She is easy to talk to, attentive and doesn’t rush in and out of the room. It was a very pleasant visit. The office was nice and clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Natalie was so sweet and she listened to all that I had to say. She was very informative and I had a great connection with her. I usually get anxious when seeing a new provider, but that was not the case when I met her. Dr. Bridges as well as the other staff were so kind and helpful. I was late to my appointment and Dr. Bridges still saw me though she was fully booked that day and though it was my fault I was late, she still didn't rush the visit or anything.
