I could not have had a better experience with Dr. Cai. She took the time to listen to my situation and symptoms and from my perspective new exactly how to go about treatment. She had an excellent bedside manner. Would recommend to anyone.

I got to my appointment early and was checked in quickly. I got to see Dr Cai one minute after my appointment time. She was so pleasant and approachable. In the past I’ve had doctors who are condescending or intimidating, but Cai was neither! In fact she took great care to understand my concerns and make sure my questions were addressed. She is who medical professionals should aim to be!
