Visit was quick and thorough. I got what I needed. Very clean office. Most importantly Dr. Chan’s services was top notch.

Kin Yip Chan, PA is such a personable and patient provider.
The secretary is extremely rude and yelled at me over the phone. I was told by the PA and the assistant that I do not have the notify the front desk if I am changing my pharmacy. The PA and the assistant took down my new pharmacy information. However, my medications were not called into the new pharmacy. When I called to address this, I was questioned on why I did not notify the front desk and was yelled at. When I tried to explain why I did not tell the front desk, she spoke over me and would not let me speak. She repeatedly told me that I must tell the front desk. Even when I said I heard her...she continued to raise her voice. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. There are usually 3 front desk staff so I don't know which one was the aggressive staff member.
