“Overall a positive experience; staff and Dr. were friendly and the facility was clean and pleasant. Only hiccup was that the price they tried to charge me (without insurance) was higher than what they quoted me over the phone. The receptionist blamed it on the call center "not really knowing" how the clinic operated, which is unacceptable imo. Why do you have a call center giving a different price than what you actually charge? It was not a small difference.
The other small annoyance is they by default ask you to come back or book a Telehealth appointment for a follow up. In some cases this would make sense but I just got some bloodwork, and I could see the results pretty easily on their online portal, so why do I have to come back just for the doctor to tell me what my results were? Nobody seemed to have a good answer for me so I just cancelled it and saved the appointment fee. ”
