Very nice doctor. Many women would feel a bit uncomfortable being seen by a male gynecologist-i was a bit apprehensive at first, but he quickly made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this doctor and his pleasant staff.

Very welcoming office and knowledgeable doctor. Dr Chen gave me a thorough examination and informed of his evaluations along the way. He sincerely answered all me questions making sure I understood what he was doing as well as why. I would definitely recommend Dr Chen to family and friends.

Worst Dr visit I ever had. He smelled of strong cigarette. Asked me if I had a new boyfriend when my form I filled out upon arrival showed I have been married for 7 years. Asked if my child was for him. I went to inquire about fibroid and received no information except him telling me to use condoms to not get pregnant or I would die. Was uncomfortable with transvaginal ultrasound as he did not wait for female to be in room and insert wand himself. (Every other Dr have you insert or guide insertion). Completely expose you during exam and coworkers just open door without knocking if they even push door closed. Had to ask multiple times for them to close door because I was naked. I asked questions he shrugged shoulders and said I don’t know. To end he never saw fibroid and said my insurance pay for one ultrasound so come back for another visit to do ultrasound on top for any further information. Left office with no information and felt insulted. Horrible bedside manners. Run to someone else.

The office is in complete disarray, I arrived at 118 pm for 130 apt assuming zoc doc paperwork was already there. It wasn’t, so I had to fill it all out again. I got back into the car at 405. Dr. Chen (the son) seemed ok at first, but then mentioned I needed to work on my weight 4x during my gyn visit including once while I was buck naked on the table with the ultrasound wand inserted. This is why I don’t like going to men Ob/Gyn they have no clue how to speak with women. The other dr Chen (father) was no prize, walked into the room without knocking, I was in the middle of asking questions and he spoke right over me and pulled his son out of the room. That is so rude and unprofessional. He did that 3x. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!

Dr. Chen is nice. He detailly checked my history and asked me a lot of questions about my illness. Then he did examination carefully and gentally. At last, he gave me good suggestions and advice. He is excellent!
