“Before my 1st visit Dr office confirmed they accepted my health insurance. Called my health insurance and they gave me confirm# to add Dr in 48-72 hrs as he could not be found at that time. I was seen at appmnt and took recommended tests and told a few days before next followup visit by Dr and insurance that they are nonpar. Really! I drove all the way from Riviera Beach to Boca and neither wants to step up with fault and correct the matter and denied me gas reimbursement. My health is now on pause. Should have never happened. Office has nice staff but really screwed up! I am not paying for anything. ”

The doctor got excellent reviews so I made an appointment for a physical and it was WAY too rushed. He just had me breathe in and out, say 'ah' and felt if my ankles were swollen. That was it. I asked for bloodwork, so I got that done - but if I hadn't, it would have been the least thorough, fastest physical of my almost 50 years.

Filled out my paperwork and was seen almost immediately. After vitals were taken the doctor came right in, listened to all of my concerns, and it was handled perfectly. I wanted to see a new doctor because of problems scheduling appointments and feeling rushed at my last doctor - I now know I made the right decision.

I asked for a refill and he never approved. He wants me to come and visit him again. Come on for a refill do I need to go and visit him again and they charge me out of my pocket . For simple flu and cold avoid.

Reception was wonderful. Told me the wait time and waiting room is comfortable. There is one female worker, short and dark complected didn't smile much. She didn't greet me with a smile which was a damper on the experience.

It was a fabulous visit. The doctor was quick and really nice. He listened to what I was saying! The staff was wonderful. I just left my previous doctor because he was so unfriendly and calloused. Breath of fresh air. The wait was like 10 minutes in a clean, friendly office. Perfectly fine with me.
