What impressed me the most about Dr Joseph was his acute listening skills and paying attention to what was wrong with me. He took the time to really go over prescriptions from another doctor immediately scheduled a no cost follow up. His bedside manner it's just as good as his knowledge of Medicine an effort to treat the cause and not merely the symptoms.. my new PCP

From the time I walked in the door I felt welcomed. I had to find a new doctor due to insurance changes and was a lil hesitant.
I did some research on Dr Kirpich and there were nothing but good reviews and they were supported by his care and the care from his staff.
This was my first time here and I felt like I had been a patient for years I felt comfortable discussing my concerns and preparing for a thorough examination.When I left I made sure theta they accepted children because my whole family will now be patients of Dr. Kirpich and his practice.Barbara you were awesome thanks for EXCELLENT customer service

I was not seen by Dr Joseph. That was disappointed because I was a new patient. However, the doctor on site was EXCELLENT!

In the past, I have recommended him, but now I'm not so sure. I've seen his office 4 times, and each time I have to fill out new paperwork since somehow they never have my records. The paperwork wasn't very straightforward, and the nurse on desk duty not only hid off to the side but was unhelpful in answering my questions. Saw the doctor 30 minutes later than scheduled. They took nearly an hour to treat me, so I came in at 10:30 am and left around 12:30 pm, at which point my doctor promised to put in a preacription for the eardrops I needed since I was in pain and could barely hear. 2 hours later, I called asking about the prescription, and the nurse snarked, "You just left, but I guess I'll let him know." She didn't, and the office was closed all weekend, so I couldn't even ask all weekend. I called Tuesday since they STILL hadn't put in the order, only for them to tell me that he had gone on vacation, so he hadn't even been around to ask about the prescription he was supposed to put in. Almost an hour later, they called me back because they lost my pharmacy info... Despite me giving it to them for the fourth time. To top it off, a week later, they are now taking on a copay they I double checked and didn't have to pay, and yet now I magically owe money to them? Not sure what happened to this place, but I might only give them one more chance since they are, at the very least, conveniently close to my house.

Dr. was nice, but equipment and technology was outdated, which resulted in a 1.5+ hour stay when I was the only patient there.
Door to the office was also locked for 3 hours before I arrived from their lunch break, so I had to bang on the doors for 10 minutes before one of the nurses let me in, even with an appointment already set up.
Also had to refill out all of the information I completed through the Zocdoc app.
