What I loved was getting a last minute appointment through zocdoc. Wow, that was cool. The doctor I saw, Sowmya Brahmadevi, MD, was very competent, sweet, accommodating and seemed knowledgeable. Too soon to be sure but overall it was very convenient. The staff and assistant were very helpful and accommodating Liked get my bloodwork and other testing done on site. Everything seemed synchronized and worked like clockwork. I will go back for a physical, probably will know more at that point.

Everyone was nice and attentive to my schedule. when they told me the person who did the bloodwork was not in they also suggested to go to a nearby facility or reschedule. Thankfully before I left he came in so I was able to get that done as well during this visit.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. Everything was very clean.
However, while I was explaining my symptoms to the doctor, she told me to hurry up because she had other patients...and she was 30 minutes late. She wasn't listening to me at all. Kind of just a big waste of time.

When I brought up some minor concerns about my health after being asked to, the doctor immediately told me I would be charged with a sick visit if she had to discuss those with me. She kept asking me if this was my first time getting a physical exam (it was not) and if I had white coat anxiety, which felt extremely insulting. This doctor made it clear that she was more focused on the fine print rather than my health. I have never been told by a doctor that bringing up my bodily concerns would be considered a sickness, which would not be included in insurance, rather than a wellness visit. In fact, when I brought up normal concerns about my health during my past annual physical exams, all of my past physicians gave me proper, thorough advice right away with no argument or hesitation. I am disappointed and will not be returning to this clinic or healthcare group.

Dr. Brahmadevi is an amazing provider! She has GREAT bed side manners. She was so welcoming and easy to talk to. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, (I am an RN so medical terminology would have been okay with me too). Overall, it was a pleasant experience. She is now my new pcp for sure.

Everyone was very attentive, I was seen right away, the office clean and organized and I had my blood work done right there on site.

The office was super clean and new. She was very attentive and thorough. She gave me answers other that other doctors could not give me! My time there was very quick and we touch bases on everything. The only negative thing is when I got my blood drawn, which was NOT done by her. The technician who drew my blood left my skin split when there should be only an entry wound where the needle enters. The most painful blood draw I’ve ever had and my pain tolerance is very high. This isn’t the doctors fault though, she was amazing overall!
