Came into Dr. Krol for convenience and for a second opinion. While the wait was long (even though I had the first appointment), I never felt rushed during the initial consultation. She alleviated my concerns with knowledge and steps, and I really appreciated her candor and professionalism. Her staff and nurses were also knowledgable and pleasant. And the fact that parking not like my usual $16 fee downtown, I will probably go back and see her again!

I felt very welcomed from the moment that I walked in. The receptionist was nice and so was the nurse that I talked with in the beginning. Dr. Krol is much nicer and more professional compared to my past experiences with another gynecologist. I felt like I was actually cared about as a person during my experience.

I went to Dr. Krol for an IUD. I initially went in for a check up and consultation. She made sure I was a good candidate and gave me a prescription to soften the cervix for that actual insertion appointment. I came back for my second appointment and the IUD was inserted. It took less than 1 minute and I was so surprised how easy and virtually pain free it was. I had read horror stories online and I was scared, but she was so professional and skilled that I only felt a mild discomfort. Dr. Krol and her staff are great! They even did an ultrasound to make sure everything was inserted properly so I wouldn't have any complications. Highly recommend!

My appointment felt very rushed. Don't get me wrong, the wait was tedious, even though I did have an appointment. I got there early, as I was a first-time patient and knew I had to fill out paperwork, and still had to wait to be seen by Dr. Krol. Once in the exam room, she came and asked me what I was there for, we talked for a good three minutes before she tried to get me to leave and come back another time. I had other things I wanted to discuss with her and LITERALLY had to tell her "Wait!" as she was leaving the room. I am so disappointed with my experience there.

Dr Krol is definitely not a people person. She is cold, harsh and has no sensitivity when speaking to a patient. She really shouldnt be working with people if she doesnt know how to handle them.

I felt VERY welcomed and relaxed with Dr. Krol. She answered all of my questions and explained all of her procedures and methods thoroughly; I was not embarrassed or uncomfortable at all about anything. Her staff is also very welcoming and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Krol---I wish I was still having babies!
