“I had my IUD replaced and I have to say my experience was amazing, I went to a different doctor/office for my first time and I had a bad experience and she completely changed that for me. They were able to do everything my first appointment, gave me pain medicine, and also numbing shots which made the experience so much better. They were so kind, caring, communicative and quick. 10/10 would recommend and have already told my friends to go to her!”

About Dr. Jacqueline Nichols
After graduating Summa Cum Laude from the Honors College at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Dr. Nichols conducted clinical research for two years at the University of North Carolina Institute for Trauma Recovery.
Dr. Nichols went on to study medicine at The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, graduating in 2019. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Washington Medicine, where she received the Chief Residency Teaching Award.
In addition, Dr. Nichols has received many honors and awards, including Phi Beta Kappa, the Joseph L. Yon, Jr, MD, Surgical Skill, Humor and Humanity Award, and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL) Special Excellence in Endoscopic Procedures Award

Dr. Nichols has great bedside manner. She actively listened to me and was very thorough in her explanations and walking me through what to expect. She has a very gentle touch—I didn’t feel a thing during my exam. She offered online resources to do my own research and was overall super pleasant.

Amazing doctor and staff. For once, I felt my concerns were acknowledged and taken seriously. Even the approach for treatment aligned with what I felt comfortable based on the situation at hand (which was explained wonderfully by Dr. Nichols).

A great OBGYN office all around: great staff, from front desk, to assistant nurse (Donna is awesome), to a doctor who actually listens. I couldn't have asked for better.
I was seen within 10 minutes, though I was about 7 minutes late due to getting turned around coming in from the (paid) parking lot.
I first saw Donna, who asked a bunch of questions, followed up on answers, took my vitals and, over the next two weeks, helped me make an additional appointment for a specialized test.
Dr Nichols was friendly, gentle, and informative. She listened and, with one bit of advice, solved an issue I had been having for a long time.
Lastly, I got my blood drawn, and my results were in within the next few days.
They are in my insurance and nearby, and I would highly recommend, based on my experience, to those who need a solid support for women's healthcare.

Dr. Nichols was so incredibly nice and listened to everything I said. She helped me understand everything I was having problems with and explained the exam process very thoroughly.
She was great with explaining different birth control options as well and what the side effects would be for each one. I felt listened to and understood by her in finding a good birth control option for my body, based on my past experiences.

Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The providers office sent me paperwork to fill out before hand and that helped expedite the check in process. I was seen promptly at my appointment time.
