Dr Sims is a great doctor. Obgyn visits are not usually fun, but she makes it better. She makes you feel comfortable. She's knowledgeable and has a great personality.

Dr. Kourtney Sims is a Georgia native who has become a Texas transplant. She was born in Valdosta, Georgia where she was raised. She recieved her undergraduate training from Xavier University of Louisiana and subsequently stayed in New Orleans for medical school training at Tulane Medical School. After deciding on a career in Obstetrics and Gynecology she and her family moved to Houston, Texas. Dr. Sims completed her OB/Gyn training at University of Texas Houston and has been in private practice in Pasadena and Southeast Houston since graduation. She is currently certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Every thing at the visit went very smooth. No wait time. Dr. Sims was very informative . Her bed side matter was great. 5 stars Now the registering online had its hassels. And the office was not easy to find for a first timer. There isnt a direct line to talk to a person its all automated. Frustrating

The doctor for this office is great. The staff needs some help. Also, don't count on all of your records to be available through the portal. As soon as you request them, they cut off your access to the portal. The staff is uneducated and unorganized.

I was nervous to change my gyno of 7 years, to someone new, and the only reason I did is because I moved to Pasadena, and so much trauma I went through, I only trusted her. Dr. Sims is amazing, she loves her job! Which in turn gives us great service! She knows what she's talking about and, her staff are super energetic and not to mention such a relaxing and inviting environment! Great place I'm so proud I made this choice and comfortable recommending you!

I loved her instantly, she is so bubbly. Not a god in her own right like most doctors. She was easy to talk with and I wish she could be my medical doctor too.
I am sorry she is not in my medical plans circle of ego driven demi gods, who think they do you a favor for being alive. But even thou it costs more I'm keeping her. I pray she will not change.

There was dust in the floors close to the walls
I had to put my clothe in the dirty floor. There was no where to put my clothe while i was examed. Dr Sims said one thing to me and when i called back to follow up with my instructions it wasn't the same. Kept getting emails to make follow up appt with her and i didn't even get my issue fix when i visited her in the first place.

They never tell me what my appoinment is for. She schedules appointments just to tell me I need blood work for nothing. Also she is more into make up and vibrators than pregnancy patient. If u want ultra sound she sends you else where instead of doing it in office her staff doesnt seem like they know what they doing. And I hate the patient portal, she never gets back in a timely, had a problem and she waited days before responding ended up going else where. My suggestion go somewhere else, research before you choose a obgyn and what your wanting in a doctor.

I was disappointed that I had to sit in the waiting room for over an hour, especially since I did the online check-in before even arriving. I didn't even need see the doctor, I just get a prescription written.
