What is usually a very stressful thing for me to do was made into such a comfortable experience. All of health concerns we heard without pushback, I'm eternally grateful to Dr. Jacob and the rest of the staff for that. Will definitely come back!

I recently visited Dr. Marian Jacob for a health check request, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory.
One of the primary issues I faced was a lack of attentive listening. I felt that my concerns were not thoroughly understood, and the conversation seemed one-sided and unwilling to assist. It would have been helpful if there was more time dedicated to discussing my needs and addressing my questions.
Moreover, I was disappointed by the apparent reluctance to explore other potential solutions. I understand that not every issue has a straightforward resolution, but I expected a more collaborative approach to finding the best course of action for my situation.
I believe that effective communication is crucial in a healthcare setting, and unfortunately, I did not experience this during my visit. It left me feeling unheard and frustrated.
I hope that this feedback can serve as an opportunity for improvement.

I would highly recommend Dr. Jacob! She was kind and listened to my concerns and had a thoughtful recommendation. The clinic is clean, the staff are efficient and there is very little wait time. The blood work is done downstairs so it was very convenient as well.

I originally made an appointment for an Annual Physical, but day of, needed to be seen for a cough. Everyone from the checkin counter, nurse, and doctor, were all so nice about switching my appointment over. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30. I arrived at 2:15, checked in, they changed my appointment type in the system, then I was called back at exactly 2:30. My vitals were taken right away by Nurse Jennifer (who was also SO nice). Dr. Marian Jacob came in at 2:45 and I was out the door at 3pm. She listened to everything and even paused what she was doing to actively listen. 10/10 would recommend the River Oaks location and both Nurse Jennifer and Dr. Marian Jacob.

Dr. Jacob and every nurse that I encountered during my first visit were incredibly friendly, warm, and knowledgeable. The clinic is clean and in a great location as well. I just moved to Houston and will be making Dr. Jacob my primary health provider! She also does Well Woman exams which was great to be able to get everything done in one visit, at one clinic!
