When you make an appointment here, be sure they confirm it, so, like I did last month, you don't show up at the scheduled time, only to be told they cancelled via work voice mail on a day the office was closed. Also, if possible, ask them to e-mail you the patient portal activation code, so you can complete the paperwork before you arrive, which saves time. When I first arrived, I was annoyed I couldn't check in because the receptionist was on the phone then had to check in someone else. To be fair, I was a bit flustered because I was running a little late, due to an unexpected flagger situation/lane closure.
At least the one-person bathroom was big, clean, and nice, though I could have used a coat hook on the back of the door. The wait was a bit longer than I expected, though, compared to other doctor's offices, it wasn't bad. Everyone was nice to me, from check-in to check-out, and I didn't feel rushed. I especially liked Dr. Foering's bed-side manner. She didn't make me feel stupid for asking a question or not being sure if I should worry about something or not. She seemed thorough and caring. She took care of what needed doing efficiently, without wasting time. I liked that she was focused on me and looking at me, instead of, like some doctors, staring at a computer screen the whole time or talking to a nurse about something unrelated. Dr. Foering seemed smart and professional. On the way out, I told the receptionist it wasn't as bad as I expected, and her response made me feel even better, like it was normal to be worried but that I was okay. I would recommend Dr. Foering to anyone needing a dermatologist.

I am so pleased with Dr. Foering and all of the office staff. Dr. Foering is knowledgeable, clear, concise and quite pleasant (an added bonus). The staff are also pleasant. Their appearance is appropriate to a medical facility. Great attention to detail - introducing themselves and, upon completion of the office visit, also gave clear direction to the front desk (just another little "attention to detail". I highly recommend this practice.
