I am an older woman, past menopause and was recommended to Dr Gallagher from my primary practitioner. She is young, intelligent, caring, considerate, and a wonderful listener. She asked your opinion and hears your concerns.
If I was still having babies, this is the doctor I would trust.
I had to have a bit of a scary procedure. Dr Gallagher was wonderful. She made sure that I was well cared for. This is one of the really good doctors.

The person at the building entrance security desk seemed like she would be happier if she never had to deal with anyone entering the building, a real F you and your very existence vibe. She could not be bothered to confirm that the bank of elevators would go up to the suite I needed. Her answer was the equivalent of a mumble of if that's what you think then whatever.
At least going forward I'll know where to go and won't need to interact with the security person again.

I left this doctor's office feeling relieved ...even buoyant! I rarely review anything or anyone and It isn't often I meet a doctor as friendly, kind and professional as this one. I am going to recommend her to anyone looking for a good gynecologist. She is wonderful.

I was so nervous to come in and talk about my period pain for fear of being dismissed, but Dr. Gallagher was a dream. She listened, was empathetic, and gave me plenty of space to ask questions. I cannot recommend her enough!

One of the least stressful and easiest ob/gyn appointments I've ever had. There was a booklet of forms to fill out and sign when I got there and I had to give them all the same info I entered into ZocDoc, but since that was the worst part, I'm still thrilled that I made a new patient appointment with Dr Gallagher. Dr Gallagher is easy to talk to and explains things well.

The doc had the best bedside manner. She made sure you understood everything she was about to do before it happened, and you were comfortable. She was knowledgeable when I asked for a prescription change, and I was in and out of the office as a new patient for my annual in less than an hour. And, they set you up online, so you can pay your bill there when it comes. I know it’s an IL thing, but coming from GA and TX, I appreciate being able to pay after insurance is applied and not immediately after my appointment, because I know I am not being overcharged.

Gallagher was a wonderful doctor. I had a previously scary experience with a PAP smear and she made me feel extremely calm and was very understanding of my needs. She went slow enough for me that it was not uncomfortable at all! I also asked her several sillier questions, and she didn’t make me feel embarrassed about any of them. This is the first time I ever used ZocDoc but it was extremely successful. Also turns out she is friends with my PCP! Small world :)
