Great quality and high standards, used the online form and was taken in quickly. Very clean and cautious, nurse wore gloves at all times. IV injection was painless, nurse was polite and understanding. Doctor listened to all my symptoms and addressed all of them, gave me all the options they had and prescribed what was needed. Schedule a follow up, which is something that not many facilities do and their concern was genuine.

Scheduled my appt and 5 minutes after my scheduled time I called the office and said I never received the link for the call and Lily made me aware that she didn't know I was scheduled and then said well I don't know if your insurance will work (all docs were uploaded) and your appt time has passed so you will need to be rescheduled for 11:30 so they can run my insurance. Then I received a message saying insurance is down so its on me to see the doc. I called back and spoke to Omar and he told me to cancel my appt and I had to explain to him the entire situation and he said oh ok i think i can cancel it then. At 11:53 I received an email to remind me of my appt for 11:30...I don't think Omar nor Lily did anything and I saw no one!

The provider was great. However, my prescription was never sent to the pharmacy, no one called to make my follow-up appointment as I was told they would, and I did not receive the doctor's note for my job.

I was emailed forms to complete before attending my appointment. I got there and was greeted and checked in by two friendly faces at the front desk.
I noticed the beautiful esthetics in the waiting area: beautiful lighting, cute furniture, lights not too bright but bright enough. It definitely doesn’t look like the typical urgent care center. My PA was very informative, she listened and heard me. I was asking for certain tests. Once she heard my concerns, she ordered the appropriate testing which was more than I could even think of. It was a nice experience. I also want to point out… their level of ensuring your privacy, their level of keeping you informed of what’s what is about to happen to your body before they do it. They are top tier. If it wasn’t so far from my home, I would make them my PCP clinic.

It was seamless - everyone was so nice and filling out paperwork online made the appointment so quick. I only have one critique and that is that ZocDoc put up a time on their website that was not available so I called to confirm and rescheduled to 30 mins before. Not a big deal at all!!!

It was a great experience for me as it was my first time to visit the clinic. The staff was very accommodating. The health care workers are awesome and is very much concern with how the patient is feeling which i appreciate the most. I can highly recommend this health care provider. Thank you for ensuring my emotional stability while i am at the clinic. Thanks also to Ms Katie, i really appreciate the concern. All the best.
