I had a 10:00am appointment today, 6/18. It never happened. Never received any information to connect to the visit and was never notified if the appointment had been cancelled. This is the first time this has happened after scheduling an appointment. This was suppose to be a follow-up appointment from a few months ago. Not sure whether to schedule another follow-up appointment or not.

If you need a family doctor, or one who deals with ER-like treatments on an acute level, this may just be the doc for you.
I'm very technical, & very profound in my thinking. I tend to run into one of the following : miscommunication & interpretation of my wording, descriptions of questions about issues or medications... or I always stumble into the run away.
I was suggested to the founder who is a bit more specialized in the area of mental health treatment and medications, interpersonal trauma or cause and correlation, & is I believe a psychiatrist or some definitive term closely related.
I did not really have issues with the NP, Kirsten Kile. However before my final / noticed appointment I had some challenges communicating and ended up going without 2 medications for around 4-5 days.
we could blame the holidays, but excuses are similar to the pause button on the TV remote.
I do believe I communicated early enough to solve this issue. I missed an early apt. Nocturnal nearly.

I felt like overall it went well for the first visit. Kind of touch based on where I was at with my last facility. Hopefully we maintain a good patient relation. It is helpful to have a doctor who can understand you.
