Kristi was very professional
Awesome personnel and great staff!!!! I appreciate everything that they did and slow and explaining things to where I understand
I have seen her before and she is very likable, professional and helpful. She will help you with your decisions and be honest.
very professional. excellent questions and answers.
Kristi was very accomodating in helping us understand the results from the bloodwork and the urinary flow chart. We also asked her a lot of questions about the medications she is prescribing and the possible side effects from each medication and how they could affect Dave's blood pressure.
I was amazed that I could speak comfortably with her about some delicate issues.
She was very pleasant, it was just a short visit as I was having a procedure
She was very helpful very professional and yet very polite I honestly felt like I knew her from someplace before !
She is very nice & great service. My only issue is that when catheter was put in my father was very uncomfortable. He screamed in pain every time he had need to urinate and was uncomfortable all the way around. It also could have been because my father tensed up also. The catheter ended up clogging & having to be replaced but that was a good thing because the emergency room person that put in in did something different & my father was not uncomfortable anymore. The doctor was great though & answered all my questions
She was very patient with my questions and was very respectful of my anxiety. I felt that she actually cared!!
Kristine was excellent. Explained everything thoroughly and answered every question. I hope I like Dr. TAY AS much.
Very friendly & helpful!
Kristi was very pleasant and explained everything very clearly and I believe she was truly concerned with my comfort and well being. I did not feel uncomfortable discussing the sensitive issues that are discussed with a Urologist.
Kristi was very thorough and answered all of my questions.
I thought she was great, and would recommend this practitioner to others. She was very understanding and concise.
She was very professional and knowledgable and informative of my labs and ultra sound. I felt very comfortable with her. She did all the notifications to my other doctors right there which made me feel a sense of security.
I think Kristi was great - wonderful personality, great sense-of-humor, easy to talk to about my problems. I was much more relaxed with her than with Dr. Tay. She gave me the impression that she really cares about me and wants to do everything that she can to fix my problem.
Very helpful and professionall I would definitely visit with her again.
