Dr. McKenzie is amazing. I was apprehensive about my first visit to a gynecologist, but Dr. McKenzie set me at ease. She provided me with an opportunity to ask the questions I've never really had to the chance to, and gave me complete and respectful answers. I've since been to see her multiple times, and she's been just as terrific with procedures as she is with follow-ups and general exams.
She is wonderful.

I was not informed when making the appointment that this doctor was closing her practice. Although she was very nice, I never received lab results or information on how to access lab results and none of my concerns or issues were addressed. Now I have to make another appointment with an alternate doctor for the same thing.

She took the time to speak with you about everything. I did not feel rushed at all. I think because of how much time she spends with you, it makes the wait time longer to see her. But it is worth it, I think!

I saw Dr. McKenzie while I was on vacation in Austin and had some extreme monthly pains. She was so nice and caring, and went out of her way to be available over the holiday incase my pain increased and I needed to be seen again. Would highly recommend!

Dr McKenzie was incredibly nice and helpful during my appointment. I scheduled an appointment for an annual check-up but we also discussed all of my prescriptions and family medical history so that she could understand my overall health. She was very nice and easy to talk to.

She's great, really took the time to listen and talk me through things. The long wait, 45 minutes, was a little disappointing. Also, parking was a real frustration. If you park in the garage they will charge you and the doctor's office does not reimburse you. I really felt like they should have, especially considering how long I had to wait to see the doctor.

It was my first time doing an exam and it was very comfortable! The office staff is very friendly. I had no wait time in the office, the doctor came in within 5-10 minutes, she answered all of my questions and did a really good job at putting me at ease. She was very professional yet easy to talk to. I will definitely be making her my regular doctor.

I wasn't able to see the doctor apparently my insurance was not in her network...But kept getting emails for 2days that my info was sent to my insurance as I waited to be called finally they came abd told me i want going to be able to be seen unless I was paying Out of pocket

Administration side is a bit slow, but I was the first appointment of the day. Also, you must pay for parking in the garage. Other than that, Dr. McKenzie is extremely friendly and thorough in her medical review.

Dr. McKenzie is great. She is nice and knowledgeable. But the waiting was too long without very many patients in or out. They didn't call to inform you about the extremely long waiting time when they can foresee.
