I had a disappointing experience at Victory Medical due to billing transparency issues. Before my appointment, I specifically asked the front desk staff whether my insurance required a copay, and I was told no.
However, at the end of my visit, I was unexpectedly charged a 25% co-insurance fee for outpatient care. This was never disclosed upfront. I was hesitant but paid at the time, then disputed the charge with my credit card company after confirming that my insurance does not require a copay for primary care visits.
Clear and accurate billing communication is extremely important in healthcare. Unfortunately, this experience caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I hope Victory Medical improves staff training and transparency to prevent this from happening to other patients.

From the reception I was greeted warmly and professionally. Sitting arrangements was very nice and comfortable. The Physician was beyond amazing. She had compassion and was professional and sincere. She was easy to talk to and was very patient, respectful, and understanding.
Overall I was quite pleased.

I just moved to the Austin area and needed to see a doctor. I was able to book the appointment online and fill out my paper in advance. They diagnosed my issue after a brief, but thorough exam. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing or looking for medical care.

I just happen to stumble upon this Doctor’s Office. I was surprised at the very homey/comfy look when I first walked in. I was greeted right away and I was called back almost immediately. The provider took the time to hear what my concerns and I didn’t feel rushed at all during the appointment either. Great place!

The appointment was on time and quick. The only annoyance was I booked a very specific appointment reason but they did not seem to be aware of this and told me originally that they did not have time to perform this specific task (ear cleaning). It took me sole convincing which was frustrating
