She was informative and honest. Doesn't sugar it that's for sure. I personally prefer a little gentler bedside manor cause I was nervous and scared, but I understand

Considering that it was my first appointment with her, you'd think she would have spent more time talking with me. However, I spent more time speaking with the nurse practitioner than the actual doctor. My appointment lasted 15 minutes tops, which would have been great if it hadn't been my first time ever seeing this doctor.

Good Doctor
The doctor was late for the appointment to begin with. Then, once she met me, it sounded like whatever I was saying was falling on deaf ears. Then, they charged us large amount $ as co-pay, which was very odd but I went ahead as they told me it's my deductible. BUT then they also charging our insurance FULL amount without informing them that I paid the deductible already. Our insurance (Aetna) told us they shouldn't have charged us anything. Now they are suppose to refund the amount but they aren't cooperating. Horrible service. Will never go back and will never recommend this place to my family & friends.

Great experience!

My visit with Dr. Moss was great, the staff was polite and friendly. They checked in right away I only waited to be called back in for a few minutes. I was in and out in exactly one hour witch is great usually I'd spend 3 hours max at the doctors office. Best of all my medical issue was resolved properly and fast. I will definitely be back for my routine check ups.
My visit started with an impaitent receptionist who acted like she had an issue with me wanting to read what I was signing my name on and kept trying to rush me through the process, no one was even behind me. I continued to skim, finished reading the paperwork and had a seat. For about 30 minutes then another woman hollered for me to come back, and immediately starts asking questions as we're walking through the hallways. Very impersonal, she had me take a seat to take my blood pressure. I asked if I needed to take my jacket of she replies "no, just sit back". So I did she then showed me to the restroom to give them a urine sample. After I was unsure of where to go and the woman prompted "this way" in a rather short tone. I got to the exam room where I got undressed and waited about 10-15minutes for Dr. Moss to come in she introduced herself to me she proceeded to do my breast exam and pelvic told her I had some issues with cramping and bleeding Dr. Moss reasurred me that I "should" be fine and then left. She may have been in the room 5 minutes. I then headed to checkout and the same receptionist that had helped me checkin helped me checkout and she gave a date and time that didnt work for me and I was trying to find something that worked with my work schedule and she became very short and continued to tell me Dr. Moss is very busy and booked so to basically take it or not have my ultrasound and follow done. She talked to me as if I was a child and very unprofessional. I told her I would just go with the schedule untill I find another ob. I'll more than like NEVER go back. My sister goes here and sees Dr. White and likes it.
Great Doc! I'll definitely be back!
She does not spend enough time, does not answer the actual question. Stays from the point. Wants to do the least and spend the last time. I asked her why my lower abdomen could possibly be hurting and when will I get my period, she asked me if I was breast feeding. I said yes and even in the nights when my son is already one, she started giving me pediatric advice on something my son's Pediatrician didn't have an issue with.
A little impersonable but overall excellent.
