I have been struggling with anxiety for quite some time now and have visited countless therapists and psychiatrists. None have even come close to being as incredible as Kristin Barrett. I am an RN, so I am quite picky about the healthcare professionals that I choose because I know how bedside manner should be. From the moment I walked in her room, Kristin Barrett was extremely inviting, made me feel so comfortable, and gave me endless undivided attention. She did not make me feel rushed as I often feel in other appointments and I could tell how passionate she was about helping me. She listened to me with a nonjudgmental attitude and provided me with tangible tips that I could use to improve upon my coping skills. I would recommend her to any and everyone as I feel she could make a huge difference in the lives of others (as she has mine!)

I was terrified to come see another psychiatrist who would be cold and judgemental and I almost left before I was called back, thank God I didn't because Kristen is the best. She really takes the time to get to know you and formulate a treatment plan to help. I highly recommend her!
