I really liked Dr. Jackson but a year after going to her, I was told by her staff that she would no longer be doing my annual pap. I have a complicated medical history, and she had done my pap the year prior and done my surgery months earlier to remove a cyst and a fibroid. I didn’t want to trust anyone else but her for my annual visit. The staff was not nice about this decision and did not take my special situation into account of my medical history. I think if Dr Jackson knew this, she would have agreed to do my pap. Needless to say, I switched doctors and no longer go to her. With my history, I need my doctor to do all my exams for consistency and so I don’t have to reexplain everything each time.

She was really friendly and nice. She made me feel very comfortable- The most thing I liked about my visit was the short waiting. The whole exam process went fast and yet I felt helped and listened to my menstrual problems.

Dr. Jackson was warm and caring. She exuded professionalism. Even though I know that Dr.'s are always in a time crunch I did not feel that way with Dr. Jackson, She took time, answered questions, and never made me feel as though she was in a hurry. I will keep her as my GYN as long as we are located in the Orlando area. I should also not that her staff was very welcoming.
