My only reservation is that, unfortunately, the front desk staff, with the exception of Yasmin, are incredibly unhelpful. EVERYONE I've recommended loves Dr. Natalia and the medical staff, but has had some kind of unpleasant problem with the front desk. I hope that people can become more flexible and assertive in the near future.”

I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Natália, an amazing Brazilian doctor who took care of me with so much attention and kindness. From the very beginning, she was extremely professional, patient, and thoughtful, explaining everything clearly and making me feel completely at ease.
It’s rare to find a doctor who truly listens and genuinely cares about their patients in this way. I felt welcomed and very well taken care of throughout the entire appointment.

I think I have found my new PCP! I was able to be seen the same day I booked my appointment. Was also seen minutes after checking in....which i was pleasantly surprised by. Most doctors make you feel uncomfortable but I was able to be honest and truthful about my poor history of getting checkups. Felt like was actually being helped and treated as opposed to being judged.

have been searching for a good PCP since I moved to Orlando, and this was my first time visiting Restora Medical Office. The office was very nice and clean, and the staff were professional, kind, and helpful. I didn’t have to wait long—maybe only 3–4 minutes after sitting down.
My doctor, Natalia, was very professional and attentive. She truly cared and listened to my concerns and the problems I’ve been experiencing. She was great, and I felt like I had her undivided attention, which was amazing. I’m so happy to have found a place where I feel welcomed and comfortable. I’m glad I found this well-established office. I have found my new PCP! YAYYY!
