Very nice lady, I don’t feel as I was heard. I let her know I have be dealing with eczema since a kid but it had never been this bad to where it is mentally and physically taking over my life. I said specifically whta had worked and not worked in the past. I let her know I DO NOT LIKE CREAM, I prefer OINTMENT. I showed her that it was all over my body. I was so excited to finally get some relief after work as I headed to the pharmacy, only to realize that she preach me a CREAM. Not only was it cream, it was tiny bottle, so now it’s all gone and still have no relief. I cried. I am highly frustrated and disappointed and will never use this app again.

It was important for me to see a doctor as soon as possible. I attempted to schedule a televisit with my primary doctor but could not be seen for 2 days. It was quick and easy to schedule a televist with Kristina Frederick in a matter of hours. She prescribed medication that I obtained and started taking that same day. She also urged me to contact my primary doctor and advise him of her treatment so that he would be aware of my condition. The process was way more convenient than going to a walk-in clinic.

They waited 3 minutes before my appointment to contact me because I needed a pre authorization. So I went without care. They booked me with someone else that I still needed a pre authorization but I booked the doctor I CHOSE to see, not them!

Never received a link to the video call. Her appointments don't come through to her. I called the office and was told she was fully booked, while zocdoc showed her agenda entirely open. Glitch in the system, and a waste of time

Had appt for 545pm. A message was left only 40 minutes prior to the appt time that it needed to be rescheduled and had been rescheduled for 920pm. That is unacceptable! I called the office and told them to cancel my appointment so that I could make another one that would accommodate my schedule and the appointment was not canceled and had to wait until the new appointment time had passed in order to make another appointment. People make appointments that fit their schedule and it is inexcusable that I was told my appointment needed to be moved four hours away from my original time. It is supposed to be a comfortable convenience doing online video visits but yet this is my first time experiencing a negative experience.
It is unacceptable and I now see why there are such negative reviews.

First time using ZocDoc and I was very pleased with how fast! The doctor was able to see me same day/within the hour that I booked.
Dr. Frederick was great and listened to my symptoms and advised me in a way we both felt fit. She also scheduled a follow up appointment to ensure I am getting better, which I appreciated.
