I saw Kris after a major car accident. I had severe spine and rib issues and was unable to even function too well. When you hire Kris you're getting countless other techniques and skills. She used to run a massage school so she is highly trained in acupuncture cupping and more. I feel blessed that she helped me at such an vulnerable time.

You will be called back within the day during clinic hours. A 5 min orientation is available on the phone or via texting. I encourage clients to be actively involved in their own treatment care – learning, observing, working to heal their injuries or intolerance to specific foods. With your participation, based upon your priorities, a customized treatment plan can be developed. You may be requested to support your health, by investing in nutritional supplements or herbs, to restore vitality to your body/mind. Some people seek immediate results while others prefer a long-term approach.
