As both a Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I prioritize a holistic approach to psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy for adults with anxiety, mood disorders, and other mental health needs. My priority is to create a therapeutic space in which all patients feel seen and supported on their journey to wellness. I consider it a true honor to serve each patient.

I am a Portland native who loves exploring all the Pacific Northwest has to offer with my family! You’ll find me cheering at many local sporting events, running after our poorly trained dog, checking out library books, or trying to coax a houseplant back to life
