However, non-controlled medications may be refilled during the initial appointment. ADHD assessments are available at this office. No cash-pay intake appointments are available at this time. The second appointment may be scheduled as soon as one week after the initial visit. Stimulant medication refills require verifiable medical records or an ADHD assessment completed by this office. If appropriate, stimulant medications are typically prescribed beginning with the second visit. Do you have low motivation or a loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed? Does anxiety make daily tasks more difficult? Do you experience mood changes before your menstrual period? Are your symptoms affecting your ability to function throughout the day? My goal is to work alongside you to improve your quality of life. I have supported individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, PMDD, insomnia, postpartum depression, and other mental health concerns.
