Verified Patient Reviews
Dr Heiland took the time to read my intake forms and then ask specific questions regarding my health. He took notes, examined me, and together we can up with a treatment plan. He looked me in the eye when he spoke with me.
Dr. Heiland has a wonderful bedside manner!
Great doctor who makes you feel at ease and explains things thoroughly.
There was some wait time but it was well worth it, Dr Heiland and his staff were very personable very informative and answered every question we asked. They were very help with all the paper work that needs to be taken care of, and generally very caressing.
The doctor was extremely good , heard all my concerns , answered all my questions . I would recommend him. However the wait time at his office was extremely long. I was called by his office couple of times , and was reminded to be on time . I understand that , however I did not see the same commitment to adhere to the schedule from their side.
Julie K. was very professional and personable and did a great job
Very personable Dr. taking the time to get to know me.
Everyone was very nic, proffesionsl and knowledgeable Would recommend the doctor to anyone.
He try's to help you out long term but does not help you with anything in the short term. He told me my job negatively affects my health because I have to travel for business a lot which requires me to eat at restaurants frequently. He also walked in the room and the first thing he said is no dogs no cats no chewing gum. Yeah right. Thanks for asking if I even had a dog, which I do, and I'm not going to get rid of my pet. He's a natural remedy "hippy" like Doctor. He also tried to sell me a book at the office after my visit. Um, no.
He is one of an excellent doctor.
Dr Heiland and his whole office staff is wonderful :)
