It was great. Didn't have to wait long to see Dr. He was very nice and informative.
Had to wait a hour and a half to see the doctor was ready to walk out

The Dr. seemed like he was rushing with everything. I felt pressured about having surgery , I told him I wanted to think about about. He didn’t listen he still send me to the surgery schedulers office. Again I said I wanted to think about the surgery. She didn’t seem to care she told me she would still call my insurance and let me know about it . She called me a few days later extremely pushy to get me to schedule a surgery date, again I said I didn’t want surgery and I wanted to get a second opinion. She proceeded to hang up me. I called the office back and made a complaint. Never heard back. Never going back there again.

The staff was accommodating and pleasant. Dr. was fast and efficient, and seemed very knowledgeable about his subject matter.
Didn’t pressure me to get surgery, looked into my throat and tonsils Noticed a couple things while looking in my throat and provided insight before it gets worse. Found out I have a deviated septum and enlarged tonsils.

Inept is a good word for his demeanor. He explained nothing and virtually only looked in my nose. No treatment whatsoever. Waited over a hour to see the doctor and was asked to come a hour early.
Verified patient
Dr. Charous is very thoughtful and thorough. I appreciated the time he spent with me and made me feel comfortable in allowing him to treat me.

Doctor was rushy. Deflected what I said I was feeling. Told me about a procedure to relieve air pressure then said he wasn't inclined to do it. Got frustrated when I would ask questions and when I requested that he do the procedure he seemed flustered. Which was a minor procedure that could be done on site in a couple minutes. THEN even though I checked through my insurance and this app that he was in fact in my service plan. My reg M.D sent the referral as well. Their billing rep had came in and said my insurance wasn't in my service and they tried calling and they got hung up on and that now they were closed. So if i wanted to do the procedure I would have to pay out of pocket and take the risk of my insurance not covering it. I left without any answers to my problems. Without any medicine without any explanation and a little less money in my pocket. This doctor is rated bad and I should have listened.

I liked everything about my visit except it left me confused as to what is next. I am supposed to have a hearing test, an allergy test, a sleep study and a follow up with Dr. Charous, but I left without scheduling any of them. So, I'm not sure how to proceed.
Verified patient
Very unorganized front office, waited over two hours to see doctor, they initially tried to reschedule me because of a scheduling error until I made a fuss. Felt doctor was pressuring us into having surgery. Overall, bad experience.

Fantastic Doctor
The staff is great. I made a little mistake and they took care of it with no problem. Dr. Charous was very nice straight to the point and he saw me right away I wasn't waiting on him forever. He explained everything to me and I really appreciated that because I have no clue about technical terms and things like that so so helpful. I feel safe and even got schedule for surgery right away.

Was a pleasant surprise to have a doctor listen to me and actually review all the documents I brought along. Together we figured out the underlying cause for my sinus issues and guess what-- I don't need more prescriptions to fix it or camouflage the symptoms.
Verified patient
We are working toward a goal to find out what my issues are and resolve the problem... everything and anything in life that needs an answer can take time, so patience and knowledge is key...

Great Doctor!

I have a sore spot in my throat on the right side of my adams apple and I have been spitting small amounts of blood in the morning for about 3 months I told him and showed him the spot and he did not even feel my throat and he said he was not going to do a procedure to check that area. He did a scan through my nose which took less than 5 minutes and prescribed a nasal gel treatment for a bloody nose. I told him I never have blood through my nose when I blow my nose every morning. I feel this visit was a big waste of time and money.
Verified patient
Well he easily discovered my problem when months of doctor visits, medication, and a CT scan apparently couldn't so that's a good start.
Verified patient
First time with this doctor, in general thought the visit went well. The wait was a little longer than we expected, but the staff was good and we felt that our concerns were addressed.

Being a first time patient I was pleased with his work. I have an underlying health condition that he took into account before treating me. He geniuely didn't want to mess up anything I had going on. I will see him again.
