She is the sweetest. I travel from the top of manhattan to queens to see her. She spends a lot of time with you and makes sure she answers all of your questions. Her office is small and friendly and they remember and pay attention to each client coming in.

I was very pleased at the service I received, given it was my first visit and I did not know what to expect. I felt so comfortable with Dr. Aung. She has a great spirit and ensured that we covered any and every health concern that I had. She was very thorough in her assessment and communicates very well. The people in the office are also very well mannered and I like that the environment is very clean.

She is probably the most thorough and caring doctor I have ever been to. She spent almost an hour and a half just talking over my life style, habits, and medical history to make sure she understand all aspects of my well-being. She was detail orientated and compassionate. In a world of fast-paced doctors who move you in and out, without even asking a thing, this doctor was Incredible. I will be recommending her to all my friends and family because I believe they deserve the very best and SHE IS THE VERY BEST!!

Dr. Aung was professional and saw me at the scheduled time. Positives: she took her time with the appointment and I felt listened to. Negatives: She repeated herself a lot and seemed not to trust my answers to questions because she asked the same question so many times.

I've never had a doctor spend so much time asking/answering questions as Dr. Aung did during my appts. She took her time being thorough and never rushing me. At my follow up, she spent so much time explaining my blood results line by line so that I fully understood things. Dr. Aung was a pleasure to meet with. She took her time to ask me detailed questions and explain her suggestions for an overall healthy lifestyle. She does not jump straight to medication to solve problems, and instead considers all options.

I avoided getting my annual for years because my primary doctor had ridiculous wait times and often overbooked. When I tried to find a new doctor, they often didn't seem to care. Dr aung has many time slots opened on zocdoc, even on the weekends, making me wary. However, from the moment I booked my appointment, the experience has been great. The receptionist called me within an hour to verify my insurance and make sure I brought everything I needed. At the office, I was seen right away. Both dr. Aung and the nurse were very patient and explained to me step by step what was being done. I was even given a snack after my blood test to make sure I ate something. It's obvious they actually care about the health of their patients and I am surprised there isn't a line waiting out the door. The only thing I noticed was they didn't write down notes while I was talking, which makes for a more personal experience but also makes me wonder if they will remember everything I said. I do think I found my new primary doctor though!

I stopped seeing my regular doctor because there were insane wait times and the office was overbooked. I've seen other doctors since and had very bad experiences, especially if I could get an appointment right away. Dr Aung had many time slots opened which made me wary. However, from the moment I booked the appointment, it has been a great experience! Within an hour, I got a call from the office confirming my insurance and letting me know if there was anything I needed to bring/do before my visit. At the office, I was seen right away.
